I'm a certified life coach, author of 'Resilience Framework,' and the founder of the Proactive Spirit. My aim is to inspire people to become more resilient, responsive and purposeful by developing a proactive approach. This is achieved by strengthening resilience, managing stress, resolving relationship challenges, and discovering their purpose, thereby making their lives worthwhile.
